Practical answer
The inner ring, rollers and cage form the cone assembly and normally carry one designation, while the outer ring may carry another. In some series, one cone can be combined with different cups, so photograph both markings.
Also confirm metric or inch series, single or double row, mounting direction, paired use and any axial-clearance or preload requirement. Matching bore diameter alone does not establish interchangeability.
